Payments processing: 2.7% + 10¢ per in-person card payment — one flat, published rate, the same on every card, with no PCI, statement, batch, or add-on fees and no monthly minimums. The big platforms advertise a low rate and pad it with those fees; our all-in usually comes out lower. Month-to-month, cancel anytime.

Questions owners ask

Do I need to sign a contract?

No. Every SIVRAPOS plan is month-to-month and you can cancel anytime. There are no early-termination fees because there is nothing to terminate early.

What hardware do I need?

An iPad — most restaurants already own one that works. Add a Stripe card reader for card-present payments and, if you like paper, a supported receipt printer. There is no proprietary hardware to buy or lease from us.

What happens if my internet goes down?

You keep selling. SIVRAPOS is offline-first: orders and checks queue on the iPad and sync automatically when the connection returns, and cash sales go through as normal. Card payments need a connection to authorize, so they resume the moment you’re back online — no order is lost during an outage.

How do delivery orders get in?

Directly into the POS. Orders land in one normalized board with a four-lane workflow — you accept with a prep time, the kitchen gets the ticket, and status flows back. DoorDash is a live marketplace integration (order injection + automatic status relay); phone orders are entered on the board, and Uber Eats and Grubhub are on the roadmap on the same feed.

How long does setup take?

Most single-location restaurants are taking orders the same afternoon: load the menu, connect Stripe, add staff PINs, and train the team on a system that works like the iPad they already know.
